Designed to be a striking landmark within the area, this modern hotel redefines urban hospitality through bold geometric articulation and contrasting textures. Our firm approached this project with the vision of creating an architectural statement that feels both highly contemporary and deeply connected to nature, offering guests an immediate sense of arrival and exclusivity.
The defining feature of the building's front elevation is the dramatic, interwoven, black window framing. This complex geometry creates a powerful visual focal point, breaking up the verticality of the tower while providing varied, uniquely framed views for the guest suites inside.
To soften the strict modern geometry, the hotel is flanked by massive, windowless boundary walls completely enveloped in creeping green ivy. This deliberate design choice isolates the property from neighboring urban noise, creating an immediate, lush sanctuary for arriving guests. Small, integrated planter boxes within the geometric window frames bring this greenery directly into the guest experience.
