We have designed a industrial space that seamlessly blends high performance logistical functionality with striking modern design and restorative green landscaping.

To combat the typically dark nature of industrial spaces, the design incorporates expansive, strategically placed high level glazing and translucent architectural panels. This floods the interior floorplate with diffused natural daylight, reducing energy consumption and vastly improving the working environment.

Recognizing that modern logistics relies on human performance, the exterior planning includes dedicated, shaded green spaces and landscaped seating areas. These provide staff with tranquil outdoor breakout zones away from the operational floor.
